RCCG Champions Cathedral Host 8th Edition of Festival of Champions

Micah Stampley, Dunsin Oyekan, Nathaniel Bassey, Mercy Chinwo and others set for Festival of Champions 8th edition

The buzz is real. November 19th to 21st, RCCG Champions Cathedral is hosting the 8th edition of Festival of Champions, and anyone who’s been before knows what that means: three days of solid worship, powerful preaching, and the kind of atmosphere you don’t easily forget.

This year’s theme is “Joyful Noise,” and honestly, if past editions are any indication, that’s exactly what it’s going to be.

They’ve pulled together an incredible mix this year. You’ve got international ministers like Bob Fitts, Phil Thompson, and Micah Stampley flying in, plus Nathaniel Bassey alongside Nigerian favourites Dunsin Oyekan, Chioma Jesus, Mercy Chinwo, BeeJay Sax, and more. The list also includes  Bukola Bekes, Mr. M & Revelation, Moses Bliss, Lilian Nneji, Bidemi Olaoba, Adeyinka Alaseyori, Prinx Emmanuel, Sunmisola Agbebi, Abbey Ojomu, Greatman Takit, Gais Baba, and a host of others.

Word ministers include Pst. J.F. Odesola, Pst. K.K. Ndukwe, Pst. Olufemi Olumide, Apostle Michael Orokpo, and Pst. Isaac Oyedepo.

It’s that blend of familiar voices and fresh energy that keeps people coming back year after year.

Here’s How It’s Going Down

Days one and two (Nov 19th and 20th) happen at RCCG Champions Cathedral. Gates open at 3:00 PM both days. Then on Friday the 21st, everything shifts to Urhobo College Field for the grand finale, 6:00 PM. That’s where the real crowd shows up, and trust me, the field fills up fast.

Pastor Emmanuel Emefienin, who’s hosting, put it simply: “God will make Festival of Champions 2025 a glorious event.”

Entry is free, no special access. Just come expectant.
