Lamb Culture Collective stands as a pioneering entertainment hub, distinguished by its dedication to talent development.
This foremost African talent development outfit, founded on the 16th of January 2022 is built upon three core pillars – representation (the Artist), growth (their Art), and community (people they serve with their Art) – the collective fosters an environment conducive for spiritual, artistic, and professional advancement.
Dedicated to shaping the future of the Christian music industry, Lamb Culture Collective is pleased to announce the UNVL (pronounced ‘unveil’) Project, to kick off this June 2024.
This novel initiative is dedicated to providing opportunities for unknown and emerging artists and music industry professionals within the Christian music sector. UNVL represents a comprehensive system aimed at discovering, nurturing, and showcasing talent across various disciplines, including musicians, songwriters, producers and music industry professionals ranging from A&R specialists, to creative directors, videographers, project managers, fashion stylists, and more.
This annual project beginning from 2024 is designed to empower individuals within the Christian music industry by offering a range of programs and resources. These include workshops, songwriting camps, the release of a collective musical body of work, and a production documentary that captures the entire process. Each edition of UNVL will be themed to emphasize the development and growth of the Christian music industry space.
UNVL’24 marks the inaugural year of this initiative, spotlighting talents discovered in the year 2024 through to the following edition slated for 2025. A process culminating into the launch of what will be then known as UNVL’25, following the same order in subsequent years. Creatives from around the globe will converge in an environment where they will receive invaluable tools for personal and professional growth. Through an incubation process, participants will be equipped to flourish as both music creatives (artists, songwriters, producers) and music industry professionals.
Following the incubation phase, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their talents through the UNVL project. A documentary featuring contributions from each participant will serve to share their unique stories and experiences. Notably, select artists will be spotlighted during the period of 2024 – 2025, providing them with a platform to elevate their careers to the next level.
For prospective music industry professionals, the opportunities presented by UNVL can lead to further career advancement and job prospects. Lamb Culture Collective Founder/CEO, Marvel Onah, popularly known as REHMAHZ, emphasizes the importance of establishing a robust system for talent nurturing and provision of opportunities within the Christian music industry. OLENG, as he’s fondly called by industry players stated in his words; “Until such a system is in place, the future of the Christian Music Industry remains uncertain, and everyone has a role to play in the building process. Lamb Culture Collective is committed to fulfilling our role in this endeavor.”
