EMMANUEL IREN BIOGRAPHY
Emmanuel Iren Biography – Apostle Emmanuel Iren is a Nigeria Gospel minister and the Founder and the Senior Pastor of Celebration Church International, headquarters in Lagos, Southwest, Nigeria. He was born on December 18, 1989.
BACKGROUND AND EARLY LIFE
He is from Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Emmanuel Iren went to Saint Bernadette’s Nursery and Primary School for his elementary in Ipaja, Lagos. He was moved from there to Queen’s Choice Nursery and Primary School College, Ikotun, Lagos. For his secondary education, he went to Doregos Private Academy.
Emmanuel Iren graduated from Covenant University with a degree in Building Technology. He had his MSc in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos.
MINISTRY
He started out as a serving Pastor at the Redeemed Christian Church of God for almost 9 years. According to him, the experience was one that he will forever remember because of the impact it had on his life. He began by drumming and representing his zone at Sunday School Bible quizzes and when he became 13, he preached for the first time on a Sunday morning at Teens Week at the RCCG he was attending.
Pastor Emmanuel Iren received his ministerial call while he was still on campus at Covenant University in 2008. He began a fellowship called Triumphal Youth Fellowship on campus and it grew to become a ministry of its own now known as Life Triumphal Church. At the age of 22 years, Emmanuel Iren inaugurated the first campus of the church on November 11, 2012, at the Emsquare, Ijegun. The church was named Celebration Church International in 2014.
The church has branches in cities like Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, and Ile-Ife. He also oversees two other ministerial platforms – Manifest Bible Course and Triumph30 devotional.
Pastor Emmanuel’s ministry is dedicated to raising saints who are loaded with experiential knowledge of Christ and are prepared for the work of ministry – spreading the Gospel of Christ.
He is not only an anointed preacher, but Pastor Emmanuel is also a songwriter with more than 12 songs to his name. He is the founder of Outburst Music Group and also the principal songwriter. The record label is devoted to making Christ-centered music. His debut album was released in December 2017 and was titled “Kerygma” (Gospel of Jesus). He also recently featured in the song “Zoe” by Odunayo Adebayo.
Pastor Emmanuel Iren received recognition from the YNaija Church 100 as one of the 100 people with a great impact in the body of Christ in April 2020.
He is a spiritual son of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.
